No, Alcazar is closed on 1st and 6th January, Good Friday and 25th December.
The time slot you choose grants you access to Alcazar at that time and must be respected. Once you are inside you can remain as much time as you want until the closing hour.

The best time of the day to visit the Royal Alcázar of Seville is before 11am or after 3pm. Not only you avoid the heat of the afternoon but mainly the big tour crowds, which allows you a more relaxed visit.
The best time of the year to visit is around March and April when you can enjoy the fabulous gardens of the palace during this spring time of full bloom.
Most of the Palace is wheelchair accessible but some areas are not, as some rooms have a step. There is a second floor, with lift access to Cuarto del Almirante room, and the gardens are flat but with a sandy terrain.
